The lounge was really nice and a Eldridch, a young amazing fellow who works there, made the experiences 10 times better. He helped me find a place to work when the lounge was crowded, offered me coffee, food, and made sure I was enjoying the experience. If you ever come to the lounge make sure you look for Eldrich! He is a gentleman who loves his job and cares about his customers. Thank you so much for this relaxing experience while I waited for my flight and thank you Eldrich!

Been in lots of lounges around England and abroad in Europe snd North America and I have to be honest I wouldn't really recommend this one. (Toronto was poor but this ones worse) Pre booked a couple of weeks before flying. Arrived to a really long queue to get in, and noticed they take "walk ins" Obviously this boosts their revenue. The lounge it's self was rammed. Fortunately and credit to them for this, there was a table reserved for us in a roped of area so we at least got a seat. Buts pretty much all I can say that was positive. Food choice was exceptionally limited and not in the slightest inviting. Poor staff doing their absolute best for people but not enough of them. The chairs we had weren't particularly comfortable (which was the primary reason for going in) and to charge phones etc but no charging points where we were located, there were people standing yet people were still being allowed in..As we had a three hour stop over at Heathrow yesterday I decided not to bother and spent my money elsewhere.

What truly made the night unforgettable was the exceptional service from Edwin. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warm personality made us feel like VIP guests. Edwin had great recommendations, ensured our drinks were always topped up, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. His genuine hospitality elevated our experience and made the evening even more special.
The drinks were expertly crafted, the atmosphere was sophisticated yet comfortable, and the overall service was impeccable. Thanks to Edwin, this lounge has become one of my favorite spots, and I will definitely be returning soon. If you’re looking for top-tier service and a fantastic lounge experience, be sure to ask for Edwin—you won’t be disappointed!

Only one diet drink type available at bar no sparkling water drinks can given out in no glass offered had to ask for a glass and ice you thought was asking for the world Staff attitude very poor. Would not visit again

The food is terrible and crowded, bathroom not available for cleaning… but the front desk guy is amazingly helpful and make me feel better than any other place. I can give him 5 stars but the food not even 2. Cold pizza and terrible pasta without any taste.

I always use the Plaza Premium Lounge and some days are better than others!
My last visit on the 24th of February was the best so far. The breakfast was lovely, full of variety and tasty and Edwin was absolutely so attentive, personable and friendly. He definitely heightened my lounge experience!

Really enjoyed my stay in this lounge. My experience was particularly elevated by Abdul who showed me impeccable hospitality and catered to all of my needs. Would highly recommend this lounge, lovely food, attentive staff and overall great atmosphere. Abdul put me in a really good mood before my flight.
